Berry nIce Cream

A patriotic breakfast for the 4th of July here in America πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈβœŒοΈ Β I love traveling and meeting people from across the globe.Β  It is so enlightening and humbling to learn about different cultures, traditions, and beliefs.Β  We are not here to judge one another but to observe, learn, and grow from each other.Β  Life would be boring without contrast and uniqueness.Β  Be proud of who you are and where you come from!

Although I don’t agree with some of my country’s policies/politics, I am grateful and blessed to live in a country that fights for the rights of its citizens.Β  We have the voice and ability to bring about real change in our society, everything from gay marriage to GMO labeling.Β  America has come a long way in such a short time – I see so much acceptance and hope in our generation.Β  None of this would be possible without the men and woman who defend our country.Β  I don’t agree with war but we must honor and thank those who have paid the ultimate price to ensure ourΒ independence and freedom.

  • 7 Frozen Bananas (chopped)
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Strawberries (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup Raspberries
  1. Place frozen bananas in a food processor and blend until creamy. Β If bananas are really frozen, be patient – they sometimes end up rolling into a doughy ball, but they will get creamy!
  2. Place nIce cream in a bowl, add berries, and ENJOY! Xx
