Cold-Fighting Juice

We are in the midst of cold and flu season, and this winter has been brutally cold!  This juice has kept my immune system functioning at it’s best!  It is jammed packed with Vitamin C and your body will thank you!

  •  10 Carrots
  • 10 Apples
  • 6 Oranges
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1/2 Grapefruit
  • 1/2 inch Ginger
  1. Place all ingredients in a juicer, strain, and drink immediately!  If you have a slow juicer, you can refrigerant your juice up to 24 hours.  ENJOY!! Xx
