Special K Juice

This delcious juice is jam packed with Vitamin C, A, B1, 6 & 2, and folate. It also is a great source of minerals like copper, magnesium, manganese, and potassium. Most impressive, however, is the amount of Vitamin K that it is has — 1402%! Keeping Vitamin K in a daily diet reduces our likelihood to develop several medical problems, such as liver disease, osteoporosis, alzheimer’s and prostate cancer. Vitamin K is a fat-soluble vitamin used in the body that helps control blood clotting and prevents calcification of blood vessels or heart valves. DRINK UP!


Yields 1 Liter

  • 8 small Pink lady apples
  • 8 Satsumas
  • 3 Rainbow swiss chards
  • 2 Celery stalks
  • 1/2 Golden beet
  • 1/2 Pineapple
  1. Place all ingredients in a juicer, strain, and drink immediately!  If you have a slow juicer, you can refrigerate your juice up to 24 hours.  ENJOY!! Xx
