Summer Fruit Protein Smoothie


I had a kickass workout today at the gym so I made this monstrous protein smoothie!  My favorite protein is by Garden of Life, it’s made from all different sprouts so it’s raw 😀  ressssss
  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 Peaches
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 1 scope of Garden of life Raw Organic Protein
  • 2 TBSP Almond butter
  • 1 Date
  • Almond milk
  • Ice
  • Topped with chai & hemp seed.  ENJOY!! Xx


  1. Looks incred and sounds even betterl! I actually just purchased the Garden of Life protein, but I have not used it yet. Yum, I’ll try this smoothie out!
